A complete multi-media instructional program that teaches you a flowing 30-minute yoga routine I designed, originally for myself,and then taught to others. (I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for over 30 years to a broad range of folks. See the website for details.)

This program works your whole body in 30 minutes (It’s the only yoga I do anymore.) and is done to a unique audio recording that includes a rhythmic beat, chimes that signal each inhale, and me talking you through every move.

Basically, you become your own yoga teacher and can practice almost anywhere using the MP3.
